Please include your name and mailing address, phone number and any special mailing instructions such as insurance coverage required. We mail all items within 48 hours of receiving payment. We accept money orders, cash or wire transfers.

The Elite Penman has a 5 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the pen you purchase, we will refund the money you paid for the item as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was when sent to you or we will issue you a credit against another item.
