Elite Penman was started by Richard Vroom and his wife, Agnes who both have a passion for pens. While travelling on their full time jobs in the Newspaper Syndicate industry, they are continually collecting pens, pencils and desk items. Although mainly collecting vintage, we have a considerable collection of Limited Edition pens. Our pens are sold in super clean, restored condition and fully functioning unless otherwise stated. The Elite Penman is located on the shores of Mahone Bay, Nova. We are less than one hour from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
